Pathetic customer service

Today I went to pick n pay eshowe after work to get few items. The lines were long inside and out. After I got all my items I stood in a line. I politely asked a staff member I assume he is a senior staff if there is by any chance a line that is dedicated to the people coming from work. The guy was so rude asking me where do I work asking for preferentially treatment. When I wanted to get his name he told me I was chicky. His service was pathetic service
