Misconduct of take n pay floor manageress - toti branch

I was publicly embarrassed and humiliated by the floor manager of take n pay - amanzimtoti Branch on Black Friday. Infront of all the customers and staff members, she screamed at me and refused to let me purchase my groceries. The signage said 3 per customer. My mother and I went shopping, we both took 3 items as we do not live in the same house. But the floor manager thought she knew best, and refused to let me purchase my goods. This for me was unacceptable and absolutely disgusting behaviour for a so called “manageress”. She has no managerial qualities and should never be allowed near civilians.
