Horrible Service

Seriously not happy with P&p Primrose Germiston...what horrible service in the 5 years i have been staying in Primrose, i have made it my mission to support P&P Primrose instead of Shoprite, Spar or Checkers. But a person can't carry on like this. They have so many tills there, and not once in all the 5 years have i ever seen them all working, always halve of them. The express tills, which are 2, are never open, the siggarette counter takes 2 tellers, always just one working. So whether u running in to buy 1 to 5 items or monthly groceries, u going to wait the same time. And then u get to your "supposed to be" happy cashier, and she is grumpy cos she has to work, she is uncomfortable behind the till due to limited space, and she works slower than a sloth, as she aims to rather chat away with a friend who is supposed to pack the plastic bag. Then if u trying to signal a manager, that won't happen either, because they having just as big of a tea party or smoke break party. I will rather spend R100 more on fuel to drive all the way to Checkers Meodowdale than to go back to Pick and Pay Primrose. This store can go learn from Kempton Pick and pay
