DISGUSTING AND ARRASMENT SERVICE

I went to take n pay Chatsworth near the unit 3 market on Thursday the 16/9/21. To purchase groceries on arrival to the store I parked my vehicle at the bottom level parking after purchasing my necessary groceries which I always do on a weekly basis. I was moving my trolley toward my vechile when I was approached by the car guard I clearly stated to him that I'm in no need of any assistance seeing as I'm fine handling the trolley. Upon leaving the parking lot the car guard approached my vechile knocked on my window asking me to roll down my window. He then began to ask me for a tip. I stated clearly tip for what I hadn't asked for your help nor do I have any change on me seeing as I swiped with my card. He then began to get angry vulgar and aggressive stating that if I come to the store the next time I should park my vechile else where seeing as this parking is for individuals who pay money to the parking attendants. I then approached the security he stated that the car guard is wrong and this parking is issued for all customers and he would have a word with him. The very same day I called the store I spoke to a Muslim lady who transferred me to a white guy who then told me he's going to transfer me to the manager which actually turned out to be the supervisor (Jessica). I was reassured by her after the complaint was lodged that this will be dealt with and that I would receive feedback from her female manager two days have now passed and there hasn't been no update whatsoever. I can't believe this is the way take n pay runs they store which actually gives the car guards control over the public who seems to be spending thousands on a daily basis just to be treated like animals by individuals they employ. I'm ashamed and applaud that I've spent my hard earned cash like this seeing as at that time it was of more convince in terms of traveling. I suggest to the rest of the public to try other malls such as Spar, Chatsworth Shoprite or even Pick n Pay where customer service is much more better and much more professional.
