Bad customer service

Went to buy essential at pick n pay diepsloot, the cashier by the name of Lebo of which she doesn't have her name tag on was so rude even told me to remove the basket off her counter till. I asked her is it my duty as a customer then she said if I don't take it off they gona shout at her and me as a customer I must do it for her while she's busy talking to her co-workers
