Bought icelollies and some is not full

I have bought 8 packets of 10 guava nectar ice lollies, when I got home and unpacked them, one packet only contain 9. Then I got two sachets that is not even full (less than the 200ml). I phoned there customer care line, the lady I spoke to could not give her name and just said she cant help I must go back to the shop where I bought the lollies because something must have gone wrong in there shop, but the packets was sealed when I bought it.
