I bought a replacement windscreen for my vehicle from Takanei Glass Works - Johan Du Preez.

Received the invoice 23 May - paid the invoice and awaited installation - after 2 weeks installation finally booked. Windscreen installed by supplier - however the placement of the glass on the window beading is not correct, as the glass is not lying flush in its correct postion. Furthermore, I specified and paid for National Auto Glass, instead had a Fayou installed .

I have been calling and texting daily to get them to come and refit the glass, as it needs to be done correctly. A month later, and the owner of the company - Johan Du Preez, just ignores my messages and phone calls, as well as emails. I have tried to call his installer myself to try, to no avail. This company is not operating ethically and should be avoided.
