unpaid provident fund and pension funds

My mother worked for the organisation for 20 years contributing pension and provident fund every month. When she leaves because she was old and sick to work. She did not get even a single cent from her contribution. I'm writing this complain to claim on her behalf. My name is Nozipho Sotondoshe her daughter. She died last year in July.
