Poor Workmanship

Takalani Pools were contracted to renovate an existing rock pool including installing a new pump, filter and pool light. The pool light did not work because the contractor forgot to supply cable, rocks were used to secure the pipes , they were not properly fixed and secured. The slab for the motor and filter was not level and the mixture of the concrete was not correct, (crumbling and soft) The paint is peeling off inside the pool, so the pool has to be re-drained to re-paint the inside shell. Takalani Pools have a 5 year warranty this is on the quotation and when I contacted Phillip he told me to contact another contractor.
