Very bad experience.... I'm tired of waiting....

Please don't make a mistake and DO NOT ORDER from this company! I ordered 11th of December and today is 17th of January. And guess what? I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY PARCEL which was supposed to be a Christmas Present. I've never experienced such a poor delivery and customer service. The whole company should be banned. Please read all the reviews there are no good ones everyone is having so many problems with this company. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone. STAY AWAY from this company.
