What a day

<br> What an awful experience! I called this morning and spoke to Igshaan, asked him if they make GP number plates and if they had stock, he said yes. The person I sent ended up having to wait 3 hours because they in fact did not have stock. Worse part is, the lady I called & complained to basically told me its either he wait or come back, I asked for the money back she said no! I asked for her name she said I am not telling you my name I was like what the hell? I asked her if she is fami**** with the consumer act she slammed the phone down in my face! I called back she said I can have my money back, still no number plates. Big up TAJ SA for having staff with NO customer service, its a joke with so many similar service providers around... Oh, and I will be lodging a complaint with the consumer council and making sure I tell AS MANY people about this as possible.
