Generally speaking, I am very satisfied with the food we receive, when we order from the Taj Mahal Indian restaurant in Jean Crossing, Centurion. Their food is of excellent quality, prepared perfectly and tastes just delicious. When an order reaches us, it still burns our mouths. The food is still hot... yes, hot, not just warm and I am not talking spice wise, but heat wise. We regularly get a little discount, when we order food from Taj Mahal, which makes their food even more affordable. It is anyway still cheaper to order from them, rather than to go to a restaurant, especially considering the fuel price in SA, as well as the fact that it is winter time now and it is quite cold in the evenings. So, we are eating out, while staying at home. What more can you possibly want? If I really have to have a complaint about Taj Mahal, it would be, that the pieces of chicken they put in their buttered chicken, are slightly on the large side. It is much larger than bite size. I must add, that I would not like them to make the pieces smaller, and then put to the same number of pieces in the container. There should be more, but smaller pieces and it must still make up the full weight of the original larger size pieces of chicken, they normally use. Taj Mahal, you make the best curry meals in town. Whatever you do, don't change your recipe and keep on making such delicious curry meals. We just love your buttered chicken and your bunny chow. Your currie meals, are our outright favourites.
