Taj Cape Town / Mint Grill Frustration

I took my cousin out for lunch to Mint Mediterranean Grill Cafe, which is part of the Taj Cape Town. This I was told when I wanted their business card so I could write a complaint.

The food was amazing, great service from the waitresses. I am very disappointed with how the manager(Jolene) spoke to us when we told her we had been waiting for 20min to get takeaway boxes. She was very rude & dismissive! Not even an apology from her. I had to get out of my sit to go and find out what was taking them so long and only then we were told that they had no takeaway boxes, 20min later... it took them that long to tell us, shocking!
