DISGUSTING EXPERIENCE AT THE TAJ CAPE TOWN

My stay at the taj was horrible. I’ve enjoyed my stay much more at 4 and even 3 star hotels. Firstly, my check in was at 2pm and check out at 11am the next day. I waited till 5pm for my room to be ready when check in was at 2??? A kind lady eased the tension by offering complimentary coffees. On the day of check out, management had the audacity to ask us to check out earlier because other guests are waiting for this room? During my check out, they wanted me to pay a service fee, which I did not understand, so I asked for a print out of the bill. So it turns out that it was not complimentary coffees. When I raised my concern about this, the lady at the reception gave me attitude.

Additionally, the male and female JacuZzie was separate?? The indoor pool that should have been 30 degrees, was ice cold!! When my husband and I decided to go separately to the jacuZzis, I found that the ladies jacuzzie was ice cold, so i went to join my husband because he was the only one there. They tried to force me out without fixing the temperature of the pool or jacuzzie. Another issue, I waited 1 hour for my breakfast to come & the restaurant wasnt that full. I had to call multiple waitors to actually get my meal and drinks right.

So I dont see how this can be a 5 star hotel because it was one star service.
