<p>i went into Tais hair boutique to buy a wig as I had lost my hair from radiation</p> <p> </p> <p>i was told the wig is human hair and I paid a price that indicates so.</p> <p> </p> <p>the wig is not human hair, the hair is falling, after following all their instructions for washing the wig cannot be worn because the styling is gone and I have to pay someone to fix.</p> <p> </p> <p>we tried to get a refund or replacement and were told that we were out of the 14 day return policy, policy which was never mentioned when we purchased.</p> <p> </p> <p>I've sent SMS and absolutely no reply.</p> <p> </p> <p>All I want is for it to be replaced or fixed</p>
