Worst dress making quality and experience ever
After purchasing very expensive and beautiful material from Elegance Fabrics, we commissioned the Milnerton branch of Tailor Cape Town to make two brides**** dresses (top and skirt). The quality of the product was awful and cannot be worn due to poor workmanship. The attitude displayed by both the Milnerton branch employees and Manager raises eyebrows and was totally unacceptable. I will never use one of the Tailor Cape Town branches again - such poor service! We have now had to spend another few thousand purchasing dresses with no resolution from Tailor Cape Town. Totally unacceptable!

Tailor Cape Town did indeed make your two brides**** dresses (top and skirt) as per the picture you requested it to look like. I have taken pictures of the two skirts and tops and would love to post the pictures here. The end product is beautiful and the workmanship outstanding (Tailor Cape Town still has the garments). You mention the employees and Manageress attitudes unacceptable, but they simply advised you that the finished product suited a very slim figure, the "ballerina style long skirt" you chose, I apologise if this offended you. The fact that you chose to spend a few thousand purchasing dresses was due to the fact that you did not like the look of the finished garment fitted, and not due to bad workmanship.
