Bad service, poor workmanship, and disappearing grumpy lady

My wedding suit was in for shorter sleeves and pants shortened(Wednesday). Lady took one measurement for a sleeve and one measurement for the pants leg. Said the suit would be ready the following wednesday as it was a slim fit and pants did not need tapering. I filled in my details and and then she did the same same and handed me my job slip. Following Tuesday I was in area and popped in and was immeadiately told that my job slip said Friday(I did not even realise that though she said Wed she entered Fridays date). She said they were very busy and had meetings whole day(She said the same thing the Thursday when i got my suit back - "called to meeting in cape town yesterday"), but that she would prep suit immediately. On Wednesday I went again and saw the suit prepped but no further work done. Got suit the Thurday morning. seemed ok. I just wanted to get out of their with my suit. Pants a bit too short. Sleeves dont match and different lengths. Sleeve does not hang properly-shortend/skew lining causing really bad bunching/creasing. Grumpy tailor lady disapeared when I fit on the suit. ... and they put the blame on me for choosing December to get married.
