Bad and rude service delivery when I complained about my poodle been hurt on my last visit, the owner started to swear loudly and complain to her husband who reluctantly told me to take my business elsewhere, IN my absence I expect that utmost my babies to be taken care with love, not to be money driven. Such bad, unprofessional street behavior that as a customer don't expect this.
