I wanted information about the resort, got numbers online, I called and spoke to the lady by the name of Charlotte, she is so friendly, patient and helpful. Because she is working on hotels or events if I'm not mistaken, she referred me to Angela, unfortunately Angela she's can't do her work. Impatient and ********. I went back to Charlotte and she helped me without hesitant untill I became right. I'm so impressed with such employees who are multiskilled and love their work. Big up Charlotte, keep up your good work. I will also recommend the resort to friends and family because of you.
