My foster pup has gastro so bad diarrhea, took her to Tah Sunday morning walking out with a R2000 bill thinking I've been helped. It's Monday eve and she still has diarrhea and now the practise wants to charge me a follow up fee of R500 for a pup they didn't treat properly in the first place. It's disgusting how it's all about money and not actually getting the pup healthy. Who has alllll this money they think we have, to pay them every time they mess up or don't get it right. It's honestly just the most shocking thing to experience and realise there is no care it's just about money. Shocking!
