Terrible experience

Around September 2017 I inquired about placing an order for 4 Antminers. I received no reply for over a month till i had to comment on the business owners personal facebook page.

Eventually placed the order for over R 160k, Items sold as November batch (latest arrival first two weeks of December). So I paid the full amount and had to wait months before delivery. Not even a safe 50% deposit. FULL AMOUNT!

I've only received the miners on January 9th, and was given all sorts of excuses an no solutions. The employees of the company put the phone down on you when you inquire about the late delivery and their emails provide you with no comfort that your money was taken care of. They blamed DHL and provided no solution to the lost packages.

I've made a considerable amount of noise on their facebook page and only after speaking to the 4th new employee did they say that there are miners at the office that haven't been sent.

We had to arrange our own courier for collection and two of the four miners were not the correct ones as agreed upon telephonically.

The worst experience I've had from any company, especially when you had to front large sums of money as big as R160 000.

This business is run by a pretentious, incapable 26 year old in Pretoria. Even though i eventually got my antminers, the procedure was unprofessional and painful. I won't be buying from this company again and will make sure none of my contacts, or anyone i speak to, do so either.
