I purchased an antminer L3+ in August 2017 for the October batch - have not received it. Everytime you actually get hold of someone there on phone or email they have an excuse to why you have not received it yet. Then they promised you a refund saying wait 5-7 days, after that they tell you they are not authorised to refund you, only Tameez can and they have given your details to him.
