Bitcoin Miners - Be careful when ordering

We recently ordered a bitcoin D3 miner from Tagoc Crypto Mining (we went to meet the CEO personally) and we were promised that we could collect the equipment as soon it arrived in country. It arrived on the 4th December and were then told that there will be no collections possible and all orders will be shipped! To date no one has contacted us to get our shipping address and the Company cannot be reached by phone and they don't respond to email/messenger posts either. We paid a huge amount for the miner and are very concerned that we have not heard anything and cannot reach anyone to verify what it going on!
