I'd like to recommend tag without reservation. On 26th December 2020 3.30am I fell and broke my femur. I live alone in a cottage. I'm not young. They contacted my help line contacts on their system within minutes and soon after their arrival an ambulance arrived on the scene who took me to hospital. I was ill with cancer at time and WEAK. Tag probably saved my life. Next story I reported a day ago that my charger cable was faulty. Not long after Brett himself arrived with cable. Sanitizing on way in given my age and any commobilities. Very efficient safe. Its a brilliant system and I recommend anyone in particular those living alone to get a panic button from tag. Thanks tag for all you do for your clients and in particular me.
