UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE

EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL

I am completely disappointed with the service received from this lady, she has poor customer service, makes empty promises and misses deadlines more than just once.

I ordered a simple batch of labels, made payment on Thursday and the lady tells me the labels will be ready the next Monday,

Monday came and she failed to deliver as promised, she tells me it will he delivered on Tuesday

Tuesday comes and she says it will be delivered late afternoon after that i get no message saying she is not delivering so i send her a message saying “i take it, it will be delivered tomorrow? She says “I apologize most definitely tomorrow

Wednesday come and this woman has not delivered throughout the day, i suggested to collect the labels instead, and she asks if she can let me know when she is in the area. Then she tells me she will deliver on Thursday

Thursday come and she says at 11am, 11am comes and goes and she then says 1pm, at this point i am completely frustrated at her empty promises and i go off on her, she tells me that she doesnt have to deliver its a service that she offers for free, which i don’t understand because i gladly wanted to collect the labels from her the night before but she apparently wasnt in the area. We asked for a refund which she denied and said its already completed. But failed to meet the deadline multiple times during an entire week

Im very disappointed and i don’t recommend doing any work with this company,
