Bad experience

We booked a night at Menlyn Place and got double booked. We were told that we can go to a different guesthouse that has space available, we were in a hurry to get to our event so we agreed. When we got to the guesthouse that night everything seemed fine until in the early morning we heard doors opening and seeing the gate being left open. Only for us fo find out there were other people staying in the house with us. WITHOUT being warned that there will be other people staying in the house with us!!

We felt very unsafe and when we complained to the owner he promised a refund, after more than 3 weeks we have been asking for feedback. The owner told us he will not be giving a refund due to us giving a bad review. I feel that the review was the right thing to do as we were 4 women alone. It is not safe for anyone to stay like this!
