Worst service experience

Unfortunately there were no minus stars. Worst service ever. I wanted to buy 4 bar chairs and upon enquiry I was told there are 6 on site. 1 was on display which meant that 5 should have been in storage. Nope. Only 3 could be found of which 2 were booked out to another sales lady with an expiry date of 5 May 2019. I was there on 15/5/19. My sales lady could not get hold of the other sales lady who booked the chairs. The transaction took more than an hour to sort out after which I was send to the warehouse where the guys did not really know what they were doing. I eventually had my 3 chairs with the sales lady to follow-up on finding another chair at one of her branches as I was not prepared to pay in advance for a chair that they had to order from the supplier. I later discovered that one of the legs was incorrect as it did not fit and contacted the sales lady. After agreeing that I would be able to return it I had to remind her to find the 4th chair. Eventually she located the 4th chair and agreed to give me 2 chairs in an unopened box as it is the way the supplier delivers it. The warehouse staff unpacked all the components and even tore the bag with the bolts resulting in small bolts being scattered all over. After all this they forgot to put a set of legs back in the box. After 7 days many phone calls, wasted patience and energy I had 4 bar chairs. Worst service experience for something so simple.
