Warranties - buyer beware
Unfortunately again, i have to give a bad review.
I purchased a Green Coil essence queen mattress bed-set in 2016 and since then, the mattress has collapsed twice on me.
Restonicsa/Green Coil no longer manufacturers the mattress I purchased and therefore to replace the mattress which is still in the warranty period, they want me to pay an upgrade warranty fee of almost R3000.
I don't know in what universe these people are living, but normally a warranty covers the replacement of a faulty item, it is not an excuse to charge more and rob people of money.
Restonicsa should be ashamed of itself and even when i speak to the tafelberg head office explaining the situation, they agree that in principle it is not correct, but it is the suppliers.
Why don't you rather protect your customers instead of your suppliers?
I will never buy any restonic/greencoil item and will not shop at Tafelberg again.

This proves once again that it is not Tafelberg, it is the suppliers that are the problem and Tafelberg itself will do everything in its power to keep the customer and make sure all is fair.
