Terrible Customer Service

I recently went to shop at this store and I was highly disgusted by the service given by the sales reps. They tell you they have the product and colour in stock and when you get there, they do not have it and expect you to drive around to other stores. A waste of time and an inconvenience which they don't seem to care about. Rather concerning as it's seems their stock take is definitely not done correctly or they too lazy to actually go and look. They actually show it out that they have no interest in wanting to go out of their way for you as a customer who is bringing sales into a store that barely has people shopping in it. Absolutely shocked at the staff behavior it's disgusted, they cannot communicate properly, the reps doesn't seem to know what's happening in the store.No respect at all towards you, asking them something is like them doing you a favor. The cashier by the name of Claire was extremely rude and abrupt, she has absolutely no respect towards the clients. It's actually shocking that Tafelberg furnishers employs people to treat clients as if she talking to her friends. She answers you abruptly and barely wants to greet. Her miserableness will be another reason I will not be returning to this store every again. The store is over crowded , its unbearable, you cannot even walk properly in the store without knocking over products or walking into someone. This store is not up to shopping standards and especially where healthy and safety is concerned.
