Tafleberg Furnishers - warranties - what a waste of time
We purchased a Whirlpool oven from Tafleberg. Yes it went wrong within the warranty period surprise surprise. They offer a 2 year warranty and sell this oven to you with this is a unique selling point! Then they tell you they don't stock spares and have to order from Europe - it will take 3 weeks and I now have no way of cooking for my family! How is this ok? Stay away from Tafleberg and Whirlpool!!

27 Jul 2021, 09:08After a "chat" with the store manager Tafleberg pulled it out of the bag!! After telling us that it would be 3 weeks they managed to get a part in 3 days and installed and now the husband and kids are happy and not hungry! Thank you
