This is an update to the green coil mattress.

Shafiek (Manager) of the Tokai branch has gone beyond expectation and worked out a deal for me that would resolve this issue.

Unfortunately, Restonicsa/green coil still get extra money but Shafiek has worked out a solution that will be favorable to us.

To Shafiek, I say thank you and ask that your Head Office take notice of the exceptional effort and service that you have given me.

My rating is 5 stars for you as it is for Andre as you both always go the extra 100 miles for your clients.
