Tafelberg /Samsung incompetence

My Samsung toploader stopped spinning on Sat19 Sept 2020.Logged call on Monday 21st and subsequent sms offered 2/3 day turnaround.After to-and-fro between Samsung and above co I'm still without a repair/replacement and washing piling up seriously.Loan unit supp**** is an insult..falling apart beaten up!Machine is 7 mths old and I've purchased an extended guarantee of 5 years!What's the use? Red tape and protocols leave this client severely disillusioned with above two companies...they're useless!
