Tafelberg Furnitures smooth talking but after sales service PATHETIC

Bought a Big Green Egg from Tafelberg Furnitures in March. They delivered half the product and had to return everything to the shop. Nadeema assistant manager Bellville called me the next day promising she personally would deliver complete product. Notwithstanding my wanting to cancel the purchase I thought lets give her a chance. She delivered the same day and had it assembled. First time I used it the sealer felt came loose.
