TAFELBERG FURNISHES- NEVER AGAIN

About 25 November 2018 I purchased a dining set from sales lady,Freda. The set was delivered about 28 November. When the delivery guys assembled the set they found 3 chairs damaged. They said they will return with replacement chairs. When they left I examined the set carefully and found it to be substandard,hence the torn chairs. The next day I phoned Freda and said I wanted to return the set. She gave me a long story that I liked the the set when I saw it in the store. I then escalated the matter to Ryan at Tafelberg furnishes at customer relations head office. Back and forth and eventually they decided to take it back and refund me. Today is the 11 December and nothing has been done.,so I went personally to the store today and was referred to customer service. They promised me the set will be taken this morning but still nothing..so now I’m out of pocket for R3250.
