Tafelberg Furnishers Tokai bad service

I bought a fridge, Hisense from tafelberg furbishers in tokai for R19k. The fridge was delivered opened from the box outside of my property and brought into my kitchen still with some packaging and tape on fridge doors. after installation i left the fridge standing for 5 hours and then switched it on. It was loud and noisy. Then I started to remove the packaging and found a dent on the door. Now Tafelberg furnishers are saying that they cannot replace this fridge as I signed that all was good upon receiving the goods. This is absolutely unacceptable and I am getting no joy.
