Tafelberg Furnishers -Stay far away-

Bought a Defy loose standing stove from them in 2021. The thing was faulty and I called the sales lady who gave me a number to call. I rather thought it her job to sort this out but all she was interested in is a sale and the commission she gets, When sold I no longer was her problem.They sent someone out in 2022 and the guy said the stove is faulty and the body of stove was out of shape. Oven door did not close etc. He ordered another door from Defy that took ages and that was faulty as well. Manager of Tafelberg F called month later, They will give me a refund voucher. I can only spend it at Tafelberg.I had to take the faulty stove back myself. The faulty stove was sold to me right now I sit with a voucher and I want the cash back not the voucher. It was not my fault so why should I be satisfied with a voucher? I ant my cash back.
