Tafelberg Furnishers - Old-School Service Brilliance

I have been a customer of Tafelberg Diep River Branch for two decades. I have ALWAYS had excellent service from them in terms of product range, product knowledge, friendly service and after-sales support. I recently purchased a fridge from them, which gave trouble. I was due to move to a retirement village in a small town and Tafelberg went out of their way to accommodate me and acquire a replacement on time (this is an understatement of what they had to pull off, all the while keeping me informed of what they were doing). My removals company collected the fridge from their store on the day of moving. Tafelberg had a day before moving received notice of the problem and made an "executive decision" to take the risk on themselves and do the swop, even before a technician had checked the fridge. This level of service and decisiveness is practically unheard of in Retail today. I salute Ryan King (Branch Manager) and his staff (Charnee’ as Service Consultant and Lisa as Asst. Manager). One can happily and confidently do business with this company in the knowledge that they really do commit to service excellence, offering competitive prices and caring for their customers. K
