Tafelberg Furnishers - Faulty Samsung Dishwasher with Extended Warranty

I purchased a Samsung dishwasher from Tafelberg, also took the extended warranty. When we received the dishwasher we noticed a lot of scratches on the top and bottom of the machine, we called immediately to inform Tafelberg of this and their response was that if we were not happy with the machine, we would need to bring it back at our own expense and they would give me a new one, but that they would not send someone out to exchange the damanged product. We decided that it was too much trouble for us to organise a bakkie to take the machine back and so we decided to just keep it. Upon further expecation we noticed that the machine did not come with a manual and was wet on the inside, which makes me think it was a used machine. I even went into Samsung Tygervalley to confirmed this. Samsung themselves said that they DO NOT run the machines beforehand, and that it should not have come wet on the inside. Within 1 week of my purchase (3 washes in total) we realised the machine was faulty. I have been on the phone/social media/email with Tafelberg and Samsung for two weeks trying to exchange this machine for a new one. I will not be purchasing any appliances from Tafelberg in the future, and as a once loyal Samsung consumer I will be swtiching to LG after the terrible customer service I have received. I also feel completely ****med as the extended warranty is a complete waste of money.
