Tafelberg Furnishers - bad service

I was so excited to order a few things for our home. 2 out of 3 items delivered on time. The TV was not delivered with the rest of the order. Since the 30th of November I had to phone every day to get an update on when delivery can be expected so that I can ensure that there will be someone to receive it. Everyday being promised someone will phone me back with an update asap, this never happened. Eventually someone phones me to inform me that they will deliver on the one day I said I won't be able to receive it. TV got delivered more than a week after the rest of the order.

After setting up the washing machine (received on the 30th, set up on the 4th) we see that there is a part missing... I've been following up everyday, at this stage I still have not received the missing part or any feedback regarding this.

I'm not getting any feedback. I don't know what else to do.
