Tafelberg furnishers
Poor service at Tafelberg Furnishers (Northgate). I bought a Plasma Unit on the 29th of Dec and I was promised a call on the 30th to arrange pickup for the item. I didn't receive that call, on the 31st I was given a runaround when I called them to check what's happening and to my shock the Plasma unit is not even assembled even though I told them that it should be assembled before I fetch it from their Warehouse. I wish I had checked reviews before committing to this, I am very disappointed!

Cashandra has been very helpful in making sure that I get the item because she called more than once on the 31st just to check the progress. Even today I asked for help, she gladly assisted. So she played a huge role in fixing the poor service that I got. Thank you
