STILL WAITING FOR A DISHWASHER PIPE 3 WEEKS LATER!

Approximately 3 weeks ago I contacted the Cape Gate new branch for Tafelberg Furnisher to order a water inlet pipe for a dishwasher. After having to repeatedly explain that it is not the outlet pipe I am looking for and specifically describing what the pipe looks like, they refer me to one of the suppliers. When visiting the suppliers, they have no clue what I am referring to and I am sent back to Tafelberg Furnishers. I speak to a sales lady on the phone and the pipe is eventually ordered with the promise to be in store 2 days later. Went to pick up the pipe, no pipe and the person in the sales dept. has MAGICALLY disappeared.<br> <br> Eventually someone calls me back to take my order, which you have to pay for before they will place the order. Paid and ordered they deliver a washing machine pipe and when I enquire about the incorrect pipe they tell me that Kelvinator does not make the pipe anymore and that this replacement pipe is correct. (Strange as the dishwasher is still manufactured) I then agree to have someone show me if this pipe will work and it is then insinuated by a response email that they had no response from me to set this up.<br> <br> DISGUSTING service from Tafelberg Furnishers!
