Stay away from Tafelberg Furnitures!! ******

Faulty furniture, with ridiculous turnaround time I bought two wingback chairs from Tafelberg Furnishers, which was not cheap. When they were sold to me, the sales person told me that it was Gomma Gomma and the best quality. I was also told that it has a 5 year warranty /guarantee on the frame. What they do not tell customers is that when you encounter a problem, you will wait 21 WORKING days for your things to be repaired.

They collected my chair after having to follow up with them and when they colleted, there was no communication. when i followed up a week later, i was told this information.

The chairs have now been sent back for repairs for a second time. Returned to me in a condition that was not sent to them and it was also not fixed. Yes, they returned the item back to me unrepaired.

They have now given me the option of a credit in store. The prices have since gone up substantially and i cannot afford to buy anything for the same price.

We have been inconvenienced too much.

I found chairs in store, and online to be different prices. They claim to "give you a discount in store", but the "discounted" price is online "normal" price..

These people should be investigated for sure!
