Shocking service, very disappointed

Very disappointed. Was given a gift for Christmas that was bought at their Diep River store. It happened to be a duplicate. Went to the store today to get a refund and was offered a voucher. A voucher that will never be used because there is nothing I want from their store. The person who purchased the gift has spent thousands of Rands at this store buying all her appliances, new smart TV, beds etc and they could not credit her bank account with a mere R2899!! Maybe they should make the store look more inviting as you enter because it looks more like a 2nd hand junk store.
