This is a compliment. I had excellent experience shopping at the Tokai store.

Firstly I came in to find out about a Spindel dryer. Instead of just taking my money, Chad spoke to me about my needs and I realized that the Spindel was not going to be right for me.

I then spoke to him about Tumble dryers and he was able to give me options at various price levels that were relevant to my needs. I needed to think about it and took his details.

When I returned to the store on Saturday - it was very busy and shortstaffed due to Eid. I never felt rushed or disregarded. EVERYONE was super good. They explained that they were shortstaffed and apologized and were then super efficient. It took a little bit longer to do the transactions (i'm talking 5 minutes only, not hours) .

I landed up buying the more expensive heat pump tumble dryer and also got a new frying pan.
