Salesman not calling back!

I bought a Whirlpool hob from Robin at Tafelberg Furnishers Somerset West. I made the payment of R4799 and since then he promised to phone me back on 2 ocations. They are sitting with my money and all that I get is promisesfrom Robin that he will phone me back!
