Rude staff at Bellville Tafelberg furnishers

Bad customer experience and an attitude that says black customer comes last by an Inspections Department Head/ National Manager. A lady by name Corne just dropped my call once trying to understand why they are not meeting customer expectations and their own "false standards". I have complained about a broken TV about a month ago. After pushed from pillar to post, I am told to come fetch the TV as it is our fault. I brought the TV back with a "3 cm black belt/ strip" and a sales person called Dwayne assessed the TV and advised us to leave the TV for inspections. After days of quietness we went to check progress and TV was worse and now with a crack on screen and rainbow lines horizontally now. TV was effectively broken. A rude lady by name Corne who claimed to be national manager with an attitude drops me with phone whilst trying to get feedback from her.

I advise potential customers to turn away from this store in Bellville as the staff has no CARE. I am actually contacting consumer protector and Ombudsman to explain this shocking service.
