Preferred gas installer from Tafelberg

I contacted Tafelberg to purchase a gas hob. I then asked the sales man for their preferred gas installer. I was in contact with their supplier. The installation was done but to my utter dismay did he not only crack the clients granite top he also did not connect the gas up. Telling the client they must connect it up themselves and if there is a leak they must call him? <br> Tafelberg will take no responsibility whatsoever not once was it mentioned on the email that they (Tafelberg) will not take responsibility for their preferred suppliers? I am now sitting with a granite top that is broken that is going to cost a fortune to fix it and no one wants to any responsibility
