Poor Service Delivery

Very Unprofessional staff at Roodepoort . I called the store to make an enquiry about the Alva Mist fan I was transferred to Rosanne who told me they only had 3 in stock, 1 on display and two promised to a client. I told her I was willing to come right away to make the Purchase but she insisted on going to check "if maybe she might find 1 Fan for me" because they had to keep their promise to the other client which I totally understood. She took my contact details and said she'll call back needles to say She DID NOT CALL ME BACK, when I called the store back my number was not going through anymore. My husband called with a different number which went through and we were told that the store is out of Stock. Where is the courtesy, don't writeoff your customers
