Poor service and unreliability of tafelberg furnishers

I need to record the poor and extremely unreliable service I received from Tafelberg Furnishers, Bellville branch. Such a disappointment... delivery arrangements made were not honored... and the appliance was not properly installed and is faulty. Their so called turn around time of 48 hours to resolve the problem do not exist and worst of all is the promised return calls that simply don't happen. I'm demanding a refund as the appliance delivered a full week ago remains faulty with zero assistance from tafelberg and not even the promised return call from the manager. There is simply no service, no nterest and zero staff reliance..
