Poor customer service at Tokai branch

On Friday 13 December, I went to your Tokai store to buy a Bosch vacuum cleaner which was on a special offer – as advertised in the local newspaper and on your website. The experience I had at your Tokai store was very disappointing. Firstly, although I was happy to wait for the right person to assist me with the purchase of the vacuum cleaner, I got sent from one salesperson to another as your staff were shouting to each other across the floor in confusion. Then, when the boxed vacuum cleaner was found, the person assisting me was unaware of the special price offer. Since when must the customer prove something which you have advertised in the local newspaper and which is on your website? What I expected to be a simple purchase ended up being a frustrating experience and an unnecessary waste of time. It is, therefore, evident that the staff at Tafelberg Furnishers lack training in customer service.
